In my absence Ms. Bertsche led our store team. She is able to handle last minute schedule changes, banking and task management. Because of her organizational and leadership abilities, I was able to enjoy a day off without interruption. She also helped to staff our store. During her time with us she recruited and screened several new hires. Her judgment is spot on and her recommendations after first interviews saved me time in finding good candidates.
Ms. Bertsche’s talents are only topped by her professionalism. She is punctual and reliable. I never had to worry about Sarah being late or not showing up to work. She was always there and would come in at the drop of a hat if needed last minute. Her love of fashion and her caring nature created lasting relationships with her customers.
